Endangered animals...holiday trip?

they are so pretty.. less the gorilla. anyway i din know gorillas are endangered species.
lynx, jaguar and the siberian tiger (cubs in the pic) are.
where to? for my next trip, to see the wildlife in some national park which i've missed last time in uk, manz why din i go last time? or i dun mind gold coast amusement park or korea? got cool roller coaster there?

Counting Down

Really dun like leh...i'm glad...8.5 more days. cos new yr's eve a half day.
why are some pple so diffcult? they'll die if they dun make things difficult for others is it?

had lunch at sushi tei. yum yum. had the kaminabe. somehow it really sounds vulgar. manz kami means paper and nabe is hot pot. poor nice cuisine to be associated with the hokkien word. sighz

those pop songs they sing too. super cute. the real chipmunks (movie) really much cuter then the cartoon, maybe someone should redraw it? but yes the idea of singing chipmunks is cute though just fast forwarding the playback make the high pitch sound can be irritating without the visual effects. and of cos not one chipmunk but 3, all play a part. one mischievous, one intellectual, one clumsy daidai one plus those humour injected in.

and becos i really dunno the difference betw the 2. here it is, it shows clearly.

dreams

since i'm bored, shall i blog abt my vivid dreams for the last 2 nights? i haven dreamt for a long time and i seldom dream one lor.

1. i was in a car. the speedometer just kept increasing. i stared at the driver as he zoomed past the hotel new world! i saw the speed hits 210km/h and i "teleported" out of the car, standing at the foot of the building. i had x-ray eyes! i saw thru the ground surface beneath the building, the stones and boulders cracking and started shifting. i "teleported" again to one of the upper levels of the building. i felt a sudden drop! then i started to run, all the way till i reach the ground level. the stones continued to crack. i ran blindly across the road, away from the building. cars braked and swerved, tyres screeched, horns sounded. i waved my arms signalling for them to follow me, to get away from the building. i ran all the way across to the other side. one uncle stuck his body out of the car window and shouted at me "oei, ma lu shi ni de ah, zou lu bu zhang yan jing" then i turned, the stones gave way, the building just crumbled and collapsed, burying all the cars and pple within its attack zone. one big stone flew and hit the car right in front of me and woke me up.

it was history, i din expect to dream of it, plus i was only 2 years old.

maybe my dream is true?

2. i went underground and hopped onto the ship. the ship was old and i went down below the deck and sat down in a V-hull "chair". the air was musty and the place is dark and damp. an old man with white beard came over and said we are setting off.
"huh?, to where, i nid to come back be4 8 to go to work"
he shrugged. and the boat moved. then the sky suddenly covered with dark clouds and then heavy down pour and i could practically felt the rocking of the ship against the waves in my slp! and it shook me awake. amazing rite? and it's really 8 and i remembered myself thinking luckily i wake up, else i go out to the sea sure late for work..dotz...
i wish i can slp more without the dream. so tired

o-f-f-i-c-e

office is indeed different, compared to the jun-mid nov period. after i broke the news to my boss and colleagues, the latter all say " relax la, u dun nid to care wat". maybe this is part of the push factor. i still haf the drive, being just grad and young. i shouldnt train myself like tat. i'd prefer the whole team to work towards a common goal, one tat is wat i want too. even if it's for bonus, profit driven.

i wanted to still do my best and complete most of the projs be4 i leave, but i cant do much now as really nobody works in this festive season, haji, christmas, new year. still haf a few tinny winny bit to go but now i'm influenced, i guess, super sianz to work on those things.

reviving my blog

it has really been a long time since my last update. well since i've got myself a new desktop, i shall post some entries occasionally. but for now, i shall keep it short.

1. it isnt easy. to explain to everyone else regarding my resignation. it is indeed flattering for the upper management to offer me the change of job scope. but i've really considered it seriously for abt 2 months? so pls let me leave with ease. now waiting for the letter to be signed.

2. movies: the golden compass and the warlords

3. I got the dark materials trilogy book!!! i'll haf fun reading it.:)

4. batam trip: 1st time with dsta colleagues plus merv and 2nd time with nus clique.
1st time to harris resort plus megamall, kayak + parasailing + banana boat. 2nd time to sijori plus nagoya hill, better shopping place + mani/pedicure(my mani/pedicurist cmi sigh) + fun card games. both had nice massage.

tat's all i can rmb. now i'm just happy with my 19in wide screen monitor, though windows vista which is actually not as bad as i thot; and of cos my northern lights book, which reminded me of the one and only photo captured in finland, the green bit of light against the dark sky.

last of all, this wk is shiok cos got haji and christmas so MERRY XMAS 07 to everyone and look forward to a new 2008 yr ahead!
