storyboarding my life

People always say u will usually do the things that u announce or broadcast instead of procrastinating it. Ok here it is, i want to watch the wind rises. It will prolly be the second or third film i will watch alone, it is not that i mind, seriously, no interaction at the theatres anyway, it is as good as watching alone. It is jus tat it becomes a good to have activity that i always put aside and let it be superceded by other activities. It is like i want to cycle in the wkday evenings. I nv get down to doing it.i shld pin it down in my calender. Let it be tomorrow!

Im looking forward to it, i know i can dnld, but come on, i shld get to the big screen. Another piece by miyazaki san after the much celebrated spirited away. I also like the other one, grave of the fireflies, ever since, haven watched a good anime movie.did i miss out any? 

Watched Divergent with my family, found it so so only on the overall, but i do love certain scenes and plots. I wonder what would i choose if i live in their world. Abnegation is too high up, and challenging tho it would something i would like to learn to become. Dauntless would be possible, the daredevils and rely on perseverence and toughness. Candor would be too by the book as the lawmakers, boring and i dun really fancy debating with supporting evidence. Amity is jus too peaceful tho i should train to be more zen like them, and since i always imagine myself to migrate to a countryside either in new zealand or england. Erudite like too elitists, the smart ones in lab robes. Maybe i will factionless from failing the tests etc or i will be a divergent who dont belong anywhere but fight to make things right.

Merv said i m a divergent and i will be axed out. With divergents, there is no peace, they r threats to social orders and so they are to be exterminated. I shld listen and conform more.

Apr 2014 unfolds

As this wk unfolds, with the last day of march and april fools' day, the lion is , and some other insects are, somewhat identified. My fav analogy for this wk as the events that happened clearly reflects the horrid truth of the organisation, which exactly makes it inefficient. If only human can think clearly and keep things simple. Sometimes, are the considerations necessary? The ultimate outcome is simple and defined, such as getting a box in the rack in the equipment room, what we went thru explains why it takes 6 month to get the damn box in, and then worse still, u wonder if the box is necessary. Chionging blindly. In this hustle, no one is thinking and plotting, at the end of it, u have made a huge detour to the position where it is jus a small step forward. now question is can one adapt? For those who are not born to go with the flow? Could have spent the hrs on more meaningful n purposeful stuff. 

Of cos that is not the only scenario. The other side comprises of unclear and undefined outcome, due to the unaligned want or need, i suppose. The myriad of activities cause time to bewasted cos of lack of direction. Going in circles. Too much time on hand prolly, jus want to fill them up, putting outcome on hold and dragging on, claiming that more time should be invested to think about it more properly. The work should jus be halted, if one person needs to think abt it more. When the whole world has been thinking, except yourself, the ball is on your court, you should have called for take 5, and take it back, instead of turning the court around and ask others to think about it more. Jus admit that you have not been considering it. Urgh unbelievable inefficiency.  How do u expect pple to move on with the other activities that have dependencies on this one? Jus stop the work lor. The ant can take 5, instead of moving the food to one place which is jus the interim location. There will be karma if you treat pple like slaves on stupid things. We were told "youngsters are difficult to be motivated", i responded immediately with a huge question mark? I thot it is easier with the zest? And then how true when the statement is added with "they need purpose to be motivated". Does it mean that it is difficult to come up with the purpose? Oh no.....

Jus step out of that wretched land, and call for 5 on your own. You control your own time and activities and of cos your breathing. Dun mean to defame, but really tim ho wan is really overhyped, the food isnt nice leh, hah, pple following the queue blindly? I mean there many dim sum sold at the hawker centres are food courts taste much better lo. The branding is blinding pple. The trend will die once pple start to have a mind of their own.

Marutama as yummy as before. A very simple eating place which i really fancy. The menu isnt filled with too many choices. It is either a, b, c, d or e at most. It is like the road side ramen stall in japan, u fill your stomach and off u go. Pple dun mind queueing cos customers wont stay long, it is the culture. Pple jus move on. High turnover which means high profit!! Kaching kaching!

And then we went to sit by the river, no worse than venice actually. With he azabu sabo ice cream. What great choices, im so gg to stick with these 2. Yuzu and rum and raisin. Perfect combi. It melts a bit too fast tho.

The sky drizzles on the mourning day, as usual. I got so slpy from the long drive, which i would need fresh air, but couldnt wind down the windows with the rain. So it was a long to and fro ride to cck columbarium. Mum also unsure of the steps, what to buy and what to do, with a bit of asking around, we still missed out offering for the tu di gong. And we forgot abt ah ma and ah gong's fav coffee o and chinese tea. I apologise profusely while praying. Then i was really keen to open up the package which was supposed to be burnt, wonder wats inside. We peered thru the flames at the furnace, wishing these will be posted correctly. No addresses was written leh. Wat if sent to the wrong receipient with the same name?! So many pple, i was amazed by those with the picnic chairs and low tables there. The place was so peaceful when on a usual wkday or wkend.
