it's indeed nice to have a coursey week, first 2 days at orchid country club. nice environment, fun games and crazy food. 7 course lunch and dinner. madness..the food is really nice. one day back to reality aka office then 
another 2 at saa for leadership course. lunch at changi village of cos and another at lerk thai @white sands, where we are suppose to experience and gain knowledge or inspiration on how service from another industry can be applied in our industry. quite refreshing concept.
jap marche @ raffles city - shyokudo. not too bad, like normal marche except tat all are japanese food lo. and i realise tat i din take the pple. sorry joo and charles. shucks
and i finally get to cafe cartel bfast which must be before 11pm which is almost unachievable on wkends.
and off we go to johor , kota tinggi....the super big bao at one of the stopovers 
ostrich farm with the super hard ostrich egg which can withstand dunno how many kgs on it and u need to drill it open.
and then in search of fireflies, which really just look like the rice weevil. but of cos we haf great fun trying to catch them and of cos let them go in the end. 
and finally meeting jm, since din get to meet up last time when i went back to lunch with ex-colleagues. fish fillet noodles with iced red bean @ central Hk cafe. soso.
and the new mac griddles. very nua leh the bun but it's sweet.
